Our mission is to deliver a healthy and progressive transformation, keeping you accountable and inspired while sharing our fulfillment and fun in fitness. The process begins in your consultation with one of our head trainers. After assessing your goals and background, they will design a custom plan and match you up with one or more of our uniquely skilled Training Instructors to see your goals and transformations through.

Whether you want to learn something new, have reached an annoying plateau, or you need guidance to master a skill or just aesthetics, we have a variety of Training Instructors to fit your needs and budget. We are proud to provide some of Toronto's most educated, experienced and diverse trainers. We believe in continued learning and provide professional development workshops to all of our staff to keep them on the cutting edge of the industry.

Independently own and operated for over 12 years, and staffed by a passionate family of trainers. At SF we work with various body types and goals to deliver transformations in the most effective way providing longevity for a healthy lifestyle. Located in the King West district, on Richmond street, we are conveniently located in prime downtown Toronto.
In this boxing conditioning class people will learn the basic foundation of boxing. What you need to know in order to box, from wrapping your hands to foot positioning and techniques. This conditioning class will start off with partner work, drills and core routines followed by learning to compile combinations, foot movements and bag work.
With a broad range of personalities and experiences we're sure to have the right expert for you. I've been in athletics all my life, from running, soccer, basketball to volleyball and even badminton. The Health and Wellness industry for me started with working in the nightlife industry and feeling like I needed to look good to be more successful.
Freelance trainers, Studio Fitness welcomes you to use our facility to train your clients. Instead of working for franchise gyms and getting underpaid, this is an opportunity for you to build your own client base and increase your income. Simply pay a reasonable fee to use our space and set your own prices for your clients.

Amazing gym, friendly trainers who help rebuild strength and confidence post-injury, amongst other specialities. Super knowledgable about activity level, strength, coordination, flexibility, diet, the whole package. Spent 4 happy years at this gym training with Morgan, who's the best!

I love this gym! I go mid afternoon, and it's not busy then, just the way I like it. The atmosphere is so friendly, and the trainers are amazing! So glad I made the step to get in there!

I had lower back problems and my RMT suggested changing trainers. So I went to Studio Fitness because he had client who got great results following injuries. I did 2 sessions per week (with 2 diff people) for the first month month and it was the best investment I ever made for my life. My posture was constantly being realigned, the trainers don't chit chat about the weather or your day to day, they are serious business and are making sure you are doing everything correctly. I trained with Mo & Sope, wonderful people, great personality. The clientele here is nothing like the GoodLife where

After years of inactivity on the fitness front, I decided to push the door of Studio Fitness on Queen West, and I haven't looked back. My reason for going back to working out is primarily because I'm getting married (yay me!) in 6 months and I really want that little bit of cellulite and tummy bump to be GONE for the big day.
I knew I couldn't handle the gym without a personal trainer, been there done that, but never for long...
I train with Sop who's pretty new with the studio but has tons of experience and pushes me exactly the right way, not too much so I get discouraged
