STAY AWAY... This is where the stereotype for a used car salesman is displayed in the extreme. My brother and I were here to look at a vehicle. The person who was suppose to be there was late for the predetermined appointment. He wouldn't show us if the convertible top was functional. He wouldn't let us take the car for a test drive unless we gave a $1000.00 non refundable deposit with intent to purchase. WHO BUYS A CAR WITHOUT TEST DRIVING IT FIRST. RIDICULOUS. Finally he accused me of attempting to steal something from the car while I was inspecting the condition of the seats, dash, convertible

Loving my Great Car purchase! Sorry for the late review. The right car at the right price came just when I needed it! You have to be reasonable when buying a used car out of warranty because what you see is what you get, but since it was such a nice car at a good price I bought a warranty to protect my purchase. Even so, I could see that they carefully selected this car for their inventory because it was almost flawless. I was anxious to pick it up ASAP but Sasha made sure that it was perfect before delivery.

After driving my newly purchased Passat for under week, the FRONT WHEEL ALMOST FELL OFF ON THE HIGHWAY!!! I was forced to pull over after not being able to steer to find that all the wheel nuts were loose and I had even lost one!!! I checked all the wheel nuts and the majority of them were all loose. Some just spun around with my fingers. Even the nuts that required a security key were loose.
I called the dealership and Sasha said that someone must have tried to steal my rims. He ignored the fact that I park in a secure government building and even more so that you would need the security key

I just got my new BMW here and I am really happy. It was a good deal. I was struggling to find a car with all the goodies I wanted and the big one was tan leather seats. Great Car Inc suggested I wait until they help me find what I want and sure enough after two weeks they finally did find it. This saved me from spending hours on the computer and making zillion phone calls. If you are a fussy shopper with good taste and high standard this place can help out.

Amazing service, amazing mechanic, GREAT car!
I had a hard time finding a reliable car and trusty salesperson until I met Sasha at Great Cars. He sold me an amazing 2011 Jeep Cherokee and it's been a really great vehicle. The staff is always extremely helpful and kind.
If I ever need another car I will definitely return.
