Charged for initial free consultation, poor research quality for the amount paid, total lack of communication about a 100% increase in the bill. Also, the accounting department is just as incompetent as the lawyers apparently, I do not recommend. At least find a lawyer that doesn't charge for the initial consultation. That's pretty basic.

I had positive dealings with Gurminder Sandhu in relation to my questions about deficiencies to my new condominium. He explained to me the Home Warranty program in straight forward terms, and dealt with my questions without charge. Other lawyers were asking for a retainer of a thousand dollars. Seeking to have a will varied when you live half a continent away from the court that has jurisdiction is somewhat complicated. When a principle involved in that litigation dies intestate before it is resolved brings another level of complication. Throw in a pandemic and an unexpected cancer diagnosis and both the stress and complexity of the situation are magnified.

I had a poor experience with them. I was recommended to one of their lawyers and I did not get a call back for 2 days at which point I gave his assistant some information. Then again I heard nothing for 2 days and I had to call back. I was told my file had been passed to another lawyer and would hear from him. Well, I had actually specifically asked for a certain person so that is unprofessional. At any rate, I explained my case to the new layer and he said he would call me back the next day with a price. At this point it has been 2 weeks since I first contacted them and I didn't even have a quote

My experience with this firm, and in particular our lawyer, Ellen Hong, was a very good one. Ms. Hong was easy to communicate with, always prompt with actions and communications, extremely knowledgeable in the law, and most importantly, was instrumental in achieving a positive outcome. I recommend Ms. Hong and this firm to anyone looking for excellent legal representation.

I specifically gave them in writing what I was expecting, I asked the if they could take care of my needs for the long run. I told them I didn’t want to be swept aside. Or forgot to get back to me or “I am sorry he is no longer with the firm” I needed long term support. They were not able to accommodate me. They put together my family planning, they seemed to do an okay job with that, But completely dropped the ball on everything else. I felt like it was an in and out business. Get you in take your money on to the next number. I made several calls to my contact he made promises to get back

Personal, friendly, responsive and impressive! That's what you can expect from Rory Morgan and his team. Their customer service was on point, and they went over and above my expectations with my personal injury claim.
