If you get these guys to do your claim, forget about getting any settlement . you pretty much will have to do everything yourself and they'll take the cut. I've been waiting for 2 years now, they sent my file to Diamond and Diamond, the lawyer handling my case had nothing to work with except my file number, so we needed to restart whole procedure with him. after working with for more than a year, the lawyer changed again, so we need to restart the whole thing again. it's sad but that's what it is.
