This agency was good for 5+ years... UNTIL they emailed me my home insurance 'renewal' dated for the PREVIOUS year and then charged my credit card more than a month prior to the insurance coming due (card charged on October 6th, insurance due November 9th)...
... WITHOUT MY APPROVAL.
I've neither spoke with anyone from their office nor attended their office at any time within the past year!

Could have done without being asked to deliver cash to the business to pay my insurance as they apparently are not accepting payment over the phone.
I had to call into ICBC and wait over an hour on hold just to be able to pay my Car Insurance. I can pay using tap at every other drive through, or like any other business take my card info over the phone?

Outstanding service staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, Covid 19 protcalls were being followed. Face masks were worn plexiglass dividers were in place. I was able to complete my business in a reasonable time. I recommend you choose this brach of Underwriters insurance for all your insurance needs.

We are new to BC and are not totally familiar with the system here. We needed to plate my vehicle and the trailer we now live in full time. I was amazed that one of their staff actually came to the campsite so that he could physically see the trailer, rather than me hook it all back up and take it to him. They were recommended to me, and now I can see why, they were awesome

Waited for over 20 minutes to get a renewal. I guess none of the other at least 4 employees were licensed to sell autoplan insurance or else couldnt be bothered to spend 5 minutes with me. They even asked eachother where the 1 guy that was supposed to help me was.(he was outside changing license plates off another customers car.) He really helped me. He was great help. Disappointed in the others at the office tho

I am super impressed by the level of service and organization that Underwriters has established during Covid-19. We just purchased a new truck and they made it so incredibly easy to look after the transfer and insurance paperwork during this time. Richard was a huge help and everything went very smoothly. Great job Underwriters!
