We chose Drayden for our Non-profit insurance and I absolutely would not recommend them. They were inconsistent to deal with, rude and basically treated the organization as an insurance cash grab. Not one email of communication in a year, not even to remind us of our upcoming renewal. They simply let it lapse without reaching out. I wouldn’t trust them with my insurance needs on any level. We ended up going to the Co-operators who were amazing.

I contacted Drayden looking for pricing on home, auto and farmland insurance. Alex and Jesse worked diligently and always kept in touch, unlike the other insurance brokerages I contacted re: my quotation. It turned out that my current insurance provider does give me the lowest price, and both Alex and Jesse were honest and upfront about that and didn't try to convince me to switch, which I appreciated. No overbearing sales pitch, just competent work and great customer service and follow through from both of them! Based on my experience with these two great agents, I will definitely consider Drayden

Cara Richardson is an amazing broker! Tenant's insurance has always been a headache for me in the past and she made it really easy, quick and affordable. I've has a few friends tell me about their struggles with tenants insurance as well, and I have passed her name along. I hope I can move all my insurance to her, she's so quick and service is great!

I dropped in last hour (4PM) last friday May 29, 2020 to get insurance and registration for a car I brought. Both the insurance and registration side were effective and efficient in their tasks. I am especially pleased with Monica in the insurance side who never wasted time and got working into my insurance as soon as I dropped in. While working on the paperworks she took advantage of email and phone calls to get things going. I am a very satisfied cutomer. Thank you.

Registry side of things is awful. Racism is clear and apparent there. My wife and I went in to transfer her license over from Mexico ( permanent Residence) we brought all the paperwork required. Drivers abstract, Mexican license, translation, a peice of mail, marriage certificate, permanent Residence paperwork, rental agreements etc. English is a second language for and we asked for her exam to be done in Spanish. Half the test was in English half in Spanish. She obviously failed. They would not let her redo the exam. We drove over and hour to get there and with a 5 month old. Like many albertans

The people at registrations are nice, but this review is more about the insurance aspect of this business. I don't know if the brokers only work for Intact Insurance or if they are not willing to assess other insurance companies for their clients, but the insurance offered at Drayden is awful. I was quoted $360 a month when I bought my new vehicle, then i was charged $390 for the following two months. I didn't even feel like asking why i was charged extra, I just started calling around to different insurance companies to get quotes. I called EIGHT different insurance companies and brokerages

I've been going through Drayden west for about 5 years now and I only deal with Alyssa. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else! She is great, always easy to deal with, very pleasant and polite. Drayden is located basically on the trail which is handy. Also being open late on Thursday and Saturdays which is also nice. The staff is all friendly and having a registries office is awesome. My broker Chelsea works hard to make sure I am getting the best deal I can. I have been with a few insurance companies and I can say Drayden is great!

I had a not so good experience here where they gave completely inaccurate information and refused to phone whoever is in charge of registries for clarification. I had to take mother, a recent immigrant to Canada, to a different registries office to sort out the issue. If we had listened to this location, my mother would have had to surrender her still valid driver's license from the United States and that would have been a horrible mistake!
On the other hand, when I have come in to do simple things like renew my own license and registration they have been easy peasy

There was a bit of a line today though we were served quickly.
Mona helped us today. She was in a grumpy mood and seemed more interested in shoving customers through the queue than being pleasant.
Mona was even less impressive when I went back to collect the receipt that should have been offered but was not given.
The Stony Plain office is much more friendly to work with.
