The only positive thing about this company is the owner Evelinne, who in my brief interactions with, I believe is committed to a high level of customer service. Unfortunately the 2 employees I have dealt with over the past several years do not seem to have the same commitment. In the process of getting a quote several years ago, I had one agent there tell me when I was asking about an error on the quote, that he could get a quote that was speedy or accurate, however he could not do both! Yes, he actually said exactly that!

My rating is of the customer service of Caliber. It is good. It is prompt. I dealt with Gavin. Often, third party insurance brokers are at the firing line, bearing the brunt of massive negative sentiment of the public against the companies, whose products they peddle. It is not fair. I should know. So, if you are mad at an insurance company, let the broker know so that they will not mistake you for being mad at them. The brokers do not write the content of the policy. They are there to offer you what the insurance company wants, plus add a premium for their service. Presently, the cap on Auto Insurance

I honestly can't say enough great things about my experience! As a new Alberta resident, transferring everything over from BC seemed daunting and I was not able to get into offices during my work hours. I wish I knew about Caliber Insurance Brokers years ago! Evelinne gave me excellent advice and referred me to her associate Gavin to set up my home, home business, and auto insurance. Gavin took care of everything. I mean everything! He followed up with me, emailed documents, walked me through the signing process over the phone...and set me up with an insurance company that saved me money. He even found that the company I dealt with for years had some wrong info on their files.
