The company was located about 5 miles east of the Town of Durham in a part of Glenelg Township locally known as "The Glen" on the same property as the Hamilton family resided. It was a small business in the beginning consisting mostly of annual cleaning and maintenance of oil furnaces and a 24 hour repair service.
Over the years the business grew to include installation of both oil and gas furnaces and air conditioners as well as maintenance and repair services. The business grew steadily over the years and eventually a plumber was hired and two heating technicians to keep up with the current customer base and their needs.

DO NOT RECOMENED. Installed heat pump, been 1 year and it still doesn't work, they come out to "fix it" and just disconnected it and did NOT update us of this. Very unprofessional, horrible communication and have fun trying to get them to actually show up and do their job.

When I turned on my heat this year, nothing happened. I have never used this business before, but they are local, so I called. The lady told me that they wouldn't be able to get out right away because they are super busy, but she would trouble shoot and see if she could save me the money. Sure enough she helped me get my furnace started myself. I definitely be calling them again! I don't usually do reviews, but thought this deserved it.

Fantastic service. Got me out of a jam last winter. The guys that came to the house were great, really helpful. Provided me with heaters when they needed to wait to get my new furnace in. Cleaned up after they left. Started up the furnace this fall, and runs like a dream.
