This business charged my 80 year old parents 1800.00 to remove the water heater from their home. And then put a lien against their home. They have been customers for many many years and never missed a payment and this is how this business treated their faithful customers. They claim they signed a 10 year rental but no where in the contract did it state the duration.

He came to repair our air conditioner, I asked how much it was going to cost. What he told me and what the bill I received stated were two very different things. When I questioned it, I was informed that because I didn't rent a new unit, additional charges were applied to the bill. I would not recommend them this was very unprofessional.
