Terrible service and empty promises. I waited in the waiting area for 45 min when I went to pick up my car, my sales person left for the day with out telling me. I had to as another sales person where my car is when I can leave? He called my sales person on speaker phone and he said he left for the day. The person I spoke with pointed at the lot and said that's your care right? I said yes I think so and he said sure you can leave take it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on the unprofessional and lack of courteousness I received at this location. My husband and I booked an appointment online to view a couple of cars from the used inventory. When we arrived, they let us know that the online system didn't assign us to a sales rep. Chad Murphy immediately stepped in to help us out, and he was very transparent by letting us know that he does have other clients at that moment but will work with us to the best of his abilities.

Definitely recommend Northway Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! Chad Murphy got me exactly what I was looking for in my new Ford Ranger. I was happy to have him contact me to follow up and check in after purchase offering assistance. Business Manager Mike Pizzuti was very thorough and took the time to review all the details and the numbers. I worked with Ashley to purchase a new truck. When Ashley had approval from her manager the deal was struck. I organized payment, insurance and licence. The next day I was advised by email that the deal was off. What happened here? Did someone else pay $50 more for my truck? Do all Ford dealerships act in Bad Faith, or is this the only one?

We had a horrible experience with Northway Ford Service Department, I had called them to let them know that my cars GPS had stopped working, the lady I believe her name is Susan was very helpful with booking me an appointment right away to get this solved. My husband had taken my car the first time where he was told that it was not going to be a… simple update like they thought and that they were going to have to replace a module for my GPS, and that we were going to have to bring it back another day for this,as they had to order a part. I brought my car back the second time and when I arrived

I thought they were good, but I went to them for my car having electrical problems with turn signal and they ordered the part and that it would be 10 days or so, that was the first week in September I’ve called twice to check and last time was told not to call again they’ll let me know, so I’ve been driving with no left turn signal for 10 weeks and then found out today from someone who works for another Ford that the part I need has been discontinued...guess the little person driving an older Ford means nothing to Northway!

Paul Tavernese, great manager, assist by going up an beyond ensuring the used vehicle I purchased was up to Ford Lincolns standard. Horrible Experience! Buyer beware. We purchased a 2018 F-150. Got it home and next morning it wouldn't start. We towed it to them and they "fixed it". We took it home and next morning it wouldn't start… again. Again it's been towed to the dealership. We had tickets for Bluejays Winterfest and our boys were super excited. We had to miss it. We asked them to at least re-emburse the tickets $58 and they refused. Horrible experience!

I am on my 6th new car/SUV from Northway Mercury Ford. I have always dealt with Paul Tavernese and very happy that I did. The cars have always been excellent and the service from Paul has been exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul or Ford to my friends and family at any time. Not going to rant, but I am going to state the facts. During my last oil change I asked them to look at my air conditioning/ventilation system (it was only blowing on full and not on 1,2 & 3 settings and no cold air at all). They came back & quoted me $2600 plus tax and a full day in the shop.
I went to my old mechanic in London today, he ordered the part, fixed it in 15 minutes and charged me $81 tax included. I have ice cold air & it blows on all settings. I'll let you decide whether you want to spend your money there or not :/
