Just purchased an Acadia from Ken. Not only was the man extremely generous with his time and knowledge, but went beyond and above what I would've expected in customer satisfaction. He made sure the car suited me, and was ready for pick up when I wanted it.
Ken helped me through the process without any problems, even though I have always been a cash only type. He made the experience easy, and I felt comfortable dealing with him. Will be doing so again in the future.

Such an amazing place! Ken and his team couldn't have made purchasing my new Durango any easier. I even traveled 3 hours for his business because his prices are so great! Purchased a car from Trips in the summer, and got two warranties (which I was very skeptical about at the time). One of the warranties covers tires. Well, this past weekend, I drove to my mom's in Toronto and got a flat tire two hours away from home.
I didn't have my warranty information on me, so I called Trips. The person on the phone didn't have access to it, even though they sold it to me. They ended up providing me with the wrong number. I had to fix the tire myself, with no help from Trips or the warranty.

We received amazing customer service at Trip's, even when some issues arose Trip's was more than willing to work with us to get us in the vehicle we wanted. We are very happy with our truck and the level of service we still receive from Trip's when we have questions about our truck :) Highly recommend them and will be seeing them in the future for our used vehicle needs!
