The experience we had with Horlick Levitt Di Lella LLP for hosting the virtual AGM for MTCC 1038 & MTCC 1039 was excellent and took all stress away on our first victual AGM. I have been on my condo board since 2008 and have been the president for the last 7 years. We have had the opportunity to work with Brian Horlick and his team many times over the years for our corporation. He has chaired many of our AGM meetings which keeps the meetings efficient and effective. We have had to use the firm for individual resident concerns and I am confident in the services the firm provides. The market is tough out there for condominium lawyers and you need to find a team that you can build a relationship with. I feel that our corporation has a good working relationship with this

I regret having to write to you about an unpleasant experience I've had with one of your EXTREMELY RUDE,IGNORANT,UNPROFESSIONAL law clarks named Ronda. I don't usually complain however this time it really hacked me off. Not only she did not listen to our problem, she was short with me and right after i explained how i felt about our issue and was unfair for us to pay, all she said " ARE YOU FINISHED?? When we came in to the office she was even worst. Being a law clerk requires,patience,professionalism and compassion. Unfortunately, she lacked every single of it.
