It is really quiet sad that I have to give this place a one star. My sales representative Jeff was a gem to work with and tried very hard to rectify the wrong doings that have occurred, but sometimes people are strapped due to their owners actions. Jeff helped us get a vehicle very quickly when in a desperate situation. Very helpful and kind. We had a good understanding with each other. Don't buy any used cars from them, it is an absolute scam. Bought a used 2006 Land Rover, with some minor issues which I was told about (The sunroof didn't work and the suspension was inoperable) and okay with, but once started driving the vehicle more and more problems occurred. The entire brake system needed to be repaired/replaced (of course not covered) within 2 months of casually driving, the hood latch was broken, needed to replace multiple lights and fix internal issues with the car. First time buying here and will definitely tell others to go as well. Jeff and David were both very helpful and straightforward. The truck is in excellent shape and drives beautifully. My one concern about the truck was dealt with immediately...crazy what a little communication does eh?

Unprofessional, only care about sale. Skim over paper work. Ran into many issues with vehicle before having it for less than a month (clutch,cluster,gas gage, driver side rear window.)
If I could do it again I would just have gone without a vehicle for longer.

My brother purchased a vehicle, upon purchasing this vehicle we were told that this car has been the sales representatives daily driver. After moments of driving the vehicle issues arose -after bringing the vehicle in for assessment and possible repairs Mint Auto sales failed to act accordingly. They took his vehicle in for 2 weeks without doing any repairs - solely waiting on a part, frustrated he took the vehicle back and told Mint Auto Sales to inform him when the part had been received, weeks pass and my brother continues to call as to get updates. None - No part fixed, the car is still problematic

This is my second time getting a vehicle from Mint Auto Sales. Was looking to do a trade in on my truck and they were more than happy to look after me in doing so. Jeff, made it fast and easy in helping me pick the car we wanted and took care of everything. Everyone at Mint Auto Sales are highly professional at their job and very easy to talk to.
I recommend this place.

So that 2011 Mercedes has over 129 on it. They replaced the motor that has high kilometers on it ask me and I'll show u the paper work for the new motor thatwas bought. Also they are other issues u should be aware of which I have paper work for too. Which they probably did not fix at. Be aware of this car David the scam artist as well. They dont fix any issues with cars they sell they just bandaid on it.

Complete scammers, we were in an accident (car was not legally safetied) and they took more money than they should have from the insurance claim. BE CAREFUL. They’ve left us with nothing.

When we first went to mint auto it seemed like it was a good idea.... nope it wasn't. So here's what's happen. Jeff is amazing but the owner is not. I started off with a Honda civic which at first I was happy with but quickly realized that the car had transmission issues and there was electrical issues and serious tire hop. They changed the tires… but still had the issue. They mechanic told my wife there was nothing he cld do about the electrical and never looked at the transmission.
