Our second purchase. Exceptional service from Kris & Shelley. No item left unchecked. Every detail was covered, all questions answered. After first visit (and a little messing around on our part) paperwork was completed by phone and emails. Upon pick up of vehicle within a couple of days, completely detailed, signed papers and done! Highly recommend!

It's been 3months and I am keeping my rating 5* - the SUV is great still, no issues. I take care of everything I own, the car is still holding up to expectations. I've had to call into Daveys office twice since buying the vehicle for general inquiries and spoke with Shelly on both occasions, she is just fabulous and is so knowledgeable! Always a pleasure speaking with her.

I went in and spoke to Glen in regards to purchasing a Chrysler 300 but having to trade in my current vehicle. He helped with ensuring that it made sense financially to do so and now I’m driving the vehicle that I’ve wanted for a very long time. Glen is very polite, relatable and a gentlemen. I had been looking to trade in my car for a newer vehicle for the last few months. I finally came across my "unicorn" car at Davey and called to schedule an appointment to see the car. Glen was super helpful from the start on the phone. I met with Kris when I got there, we reviewed my trade in and took the car out for a test drive. Shelley helped with all the paperwork and both went above and beyond for me the entire time I was there. Service started out good but unfortunately the one situation with financing did work however I called back 3 times willing to pay cash on a 30 thousand dollar suv how ever Shelly failed to return any of my calls, also when I arrived I was interested in looking at one vehicle I was talk it was out of my budget even tho she had no idea what I was… willing to spend, I feel she just assumed I was a young parent that couldn't afford to much was very disappointed in the lack of communication, call backs and being told what i could spend, thankfully I went somewhere else I dont recommend daveys
