You will receive a multi-point inspection of your car with and maintenance or service repair work and we will provide a report of our findings with recommendations. I went in at the Barry down Location, to get a oil change and for them to check my 4x4 because it wasn’t engaging, they broke my hood latch then later complained it was my fault even tho I seen them banging my hood? Lmao , they kinda fixed it for free mind you but complained that they had to work on it during there time , you can tell he was… getting pissy about it, he then said it’s latched on now but it needs to be replaced, then quoted me “ a few hundred” to fix, if you can find the parts ” 😅 so I’m waiting for my oil change and the owner says

A while back I asked this team to replace my oil pan. I came straight over from the Victory Oil Change next door. Victory wouldn't do the oil pan because it was too far gone. Rocktown knew I was in a jam, and told me that they HAD to charge me 2.5 hours labor for this job, and gave me a written estimate that suggested a $700 job minimum, with the chance it could go up to $770 max. I drove away in shock. I called 7 other garages, all of whom said 1.5 hours labor. Rocktown was $100 over the next highest. Even Canadian Tire was much cheaper than Rocktown Auto Long Lake. I took the work to Alder Auto

The way auto repair shops should be. I could send my grandmother there without worry of being ripped off. Absolutely amazing service , very informative and always polite and shop is very clean. Would come back anytime for repairs. The process is stress free with the RockAuto team. 🙌🙌👏

Went there to get my car fixed today, was extremely pleased with the top notch service i received. Eithin a 1/2 hour of bringing my car in, I had a diagnosis and estimate. Rob and his Team treated me very well. They were able to give me a ride to work and back. I highly recommend this garage if you need your vehicle fixed!
