Not only did just tell me he physically showed me how worn and loose they were. Under 2 hours later and I am on the road new tires, tie rods and alignment.

An honest mechanic who did my work and charged me less than the original quote because the job didn’t take as much time as he thought it would. Don’t hear that too often.
Brought my 03 Saturn in - I’m 1000% sure Ed could’ve recommended a dozen other things that the old girl required but he didn’t try to upsell or push any unneeded work.
I’m just very impressed with Ed and it’s now my go to place for auto work in the city.

Upper control arm and ball joint replacement on 98 Ford Ranger. Took my call on a Saturday, brought the vehicle in on Monday, got it back Thursday. Work looks &sounds solid, Jodi and Ed were both easy to deal with, and the cost was reasonable. Good times.

Critical: Professionalism, Value
The mechanic took my car for a spin and I watched him cut someone off. Everything seemed to take long. Also, I was charged an insane amount to get my vehicle inspected. Not to do any work, but just to look at it and tell me this and that needs fixing. After they told me the price I found another mechanic who seemed more honest.

I am so thankful for Ed and his crew. Our camper broke down while trying to cross the country for Christmas. We originally got towed to Subaru and they refused to deal with us.
Called Ed and he said he would absolutely be able to diagnose the issue. We got towed in and he got to it right away. 30 minutes or less later, we had our answer. We were not going anywhere fast, ended up having to rent a uhaul van and car transporter.
Ed let us hang out in our camper in the bay in the shop for a couple hours while everything g got figured out. So thankful!
