I found Massage Addict Red Deer by driving by (it's reasonably close to my home). I looked it up online and was pleased to see the 7 days a week and evening appointments available. As a business woman and mother, I need flexibility when it comes to schedules and often weekends are my only option.
I picked Christina randomly out of the list of available names for my first appointment - I was not disappointed. She is a great masseuse and has a really wonderful technique where she can work the stress away using a solid pressure without making me wince or want to jump off the table. The hour slips

Had an overall very relaxing experience. Had a therapeutic massage. It was my bad I arrived a few mins late for my first visit. So the massage started 10 mins late by the time the forums were filled. My only complaint was that I needed to use the washroom by the time the clock was ticking on my session so I didn't want to inconvenience my therapist or dig into my time more, it's just that it wasn't offered before hand. Little more communication and I'd give it 5 stars. She gave me a great massage regardless. Thanks so much.

Experience was good until a cancellation was needed.
The staff are friendly, but the owners are horrible to deal with.
Upon cancellation the staff were very amicable. The next day however the owners contacted me and their actions were nothing less than abhorrent. Demanding that I make a special trip to pay the cancellation fee, which I refused as I had another appointment two days later and would pay then. Upon going to the next appointment the owners (husband & wife) were present- I have never seen either before. Both were very disrespectful, and both of them being there was obviously a poor

Purchased a Groupon for this place and never had the time to go until 5 days before it was due to expire. I got a reflexology treatment which I'd never gotten before. Angela was amazing and really relaxed my body to the point where I fell asleep! She is very knowledgeable and although I don't personally enjoy it when other people massage/touch my feet, I really liked what Angela did.

I had an one hour massage therapy with Josh today at Massage addict. It was great with friendly staff. I went to some other massage centers before, but I received the right treatment today with this therapist. It stands out as one of the best massages for me. Both me and my wife use massage addict and had already booked the next appointment. I strongly recommend this place. Another added advantage is they do direct billing to insurance where most of the other places don't.

Very disappointed how they handle their business. Instead of paying $49.99 as a new client how they advertise on their big banner I paid ... $167.54 !!! . They do not disclose anything , do not provide you how they do their charges.
When I complained they offered a refund and very next day they call it back ...

I took some days off work and wanted to treat myself to a nice foot massage. I booked it with Vincent, who my mom went to, and recommended. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. It was very relaxing, yet therapeutic. Vincent was very nice, and he has a great touch.
The massage was one hour. The first massage is only $50. This clinic doesn't have massages shorter than an hour. They have a great program where if you come once a month for a year, you save a significant amount on your massage.
I would definitely go back.
