Our Vernon Chiropractors take pride in ensuring that our patients receive the best care in treating muscle and joint injuries, providing tissue release therapies, joint manipulations and rehabilitative exercises. The first step of a chiropractic treatment is a thorough past health history and physical examination to determine an accurate diagnosis.
Muscle and joint injuries do not happen independently, in other words you never have one without the other. That is why it is so important to treat both the joints and the muscles! Active Release Technique (ART) is a form myofascial release that was specifically designed to treat soft tissue structures including muscles, ligaments, tendons and nerves.
Kinesio taping is the use of cotton-made tape, specifically designed to facilitate the natural healing process of the body, providing support, and stability to the muscles and joints. One of the benefits and characteristics of the bandage is that it acts without restricting the range of body movement, thanks to its physical characteristics.
Orthotics are custom devices worn inside your shoes to correct feet function. Think of them as braces for your feet. They help reducing stress and strain on your body by properly aligning your feet. Brittany is an example to all businesses how to put the client and their experience first. I have been receiving chiropractor care for nearly 30+ years and have yet to have a poor experience. Not only is Rose City Wellness a Chiropractic clinic, they also do Massages and other forms of treatment! I've had other chiropractors and physiotherapists in the past, and nobody has been able to ACTUALLY make a notable difference in my body than Brittany at Rose City. The service here is very personable and welcoming, and after 1-2 visits, I already felt a surprising change from the soreness of my back and body. Thank you Brittany and staff!!

Brittany and the team at Rose City are absolutely wonderful! I had switched to her after the chiropractor I was seeing was not properly treating my reoccurring dizziness after a MVA. I haven't looked back since and am thankful to have made the switch to Brittany as the dizziness is pretty much all gone. I have also enjoyed getting to know and be treated by the RMTs in the office. Highly recommended!

I started seeing Dr. Chase at 27 weeks pregnant and was very happy with her knowledge about pregnancy, labour and birth. I knew that I had some aches and pains but she knew exactly what was going on with my body immediately! Very caring and has a passion for pregnant women being healthy and feeling good!
