We carried our dog to the clinic knowing clearly the cost! However that was not the issue. We waited 8 hrs and nothing done. Our dog was prescribed pain meds but no X-ray or blood work or anything actual check. We were told to take her to a vet in the morning which we did in CBS within 20 minutes into the visit the Dr told use that she needed to do blood work and X-rays as within the first minute she checked Holly and found a lump on her front shoulder and stated it maybe cancer or maybe a infection! It turned out to be a infection!

I had my Precious Fur Baby to see Dr Courtney Veitch yesterday. It was such a wonderful feeling to know that he was going to receive the best care and be loved during the procedure. My kitty is fine, just something minor. The staff there are great and are also pet lovers. I know a lot of people are making bad comment about the emergency clinic in the building next to it, but I want to let people know that the emergency clinic is not owned by Dr Veitch and is a separate business. I highly recommend Topsail Road Veterinary Clinic. I have been using them for many years and will continue to.

My family’s experience here has been wonderful. We brought my family dog here for years and the staff is always kind and loving toward the animals. Dr. Veitch clearly cares a lot about the animals In her care and is always thorough, kind, and honest about her professional opinion. I now bring my cat here! They provide quality service that I have not experienced at other vet clinics.

There are not enough words to describe the fantastic people at the clinic. They are so caring, it is not hard to tell this is their passion. Our dog had a difficult labor and without Topsail Road Veterinary I don't know how the mom or pups would have survived. This clinic is off the charts and I recommend hole heartedly.

Amazing vets but extremely disappointed with the secretary services! No matter if I’m There in person or it’s over the phone they always seem to be quite rude and unhelpful, disappointed that this is our closest vet because I would take my animals somewhere else in a heartbeat! Please consider new staff for your front desk! It’s turning costumers always:(
