The name Issmi is derived from the word "izumi", which means spring water. Spring water in oriental context represents cleanliness, purity, and freshness. Incorporating this idea to our food, our goal at Issmi Japanese Restaurant is to prepare food of quality, striving to use the best ingredients.

Some of the most bland tasteless "Dynamite roll" I've ever had. Sashimi pieces were thinner than an anorexic. 30 pieces of this garbage and 8 small pieces of this sad roll of misery cost over $80 through Uber with $0 delivery fees. Will never ever try this place again and I'd advise any sushi lovers ro avoid this place at all coats. Worst waste of money.
