Every one from your father to your buddies to your bank manager has said to change your oil regularly. Well, everyone at Eastside Auto Repairs will join the chorus. Your engine generates temperatures in excess of 200 degrees, or higher. Your motor oil lubricates and helps to cool your engine. Over time motor oil loses some of its viscosity (its ability to flow).
When you position yourself behind the steering wheel, turn the ignition key, shift the gear lever into "D" and press down on the accelerator pedal, you expect your car to move forward. If this is not happening, chances are it's a little late for preventative maintenance on your transmission. Today's engines operate better, last longer and are more fuel-efficient than engines of 10 or 20 years ago. And in order to keep them working at their peak performance, they continue to need a regular tune-up. Today's tune-up is very different than one from 20 years ago. Yes, we still check the plugs, filters and fluid levels, but these days there is a very different aspect to a tune-up.

We bough an SUV in February 2021. Later, we found out there was some miscommunication concerning the warranty of the vehicle. We ended up paying $2000 for a repair that was supposed to be covered by the warranty if correctly applied by the shop. We called East Auto to address the issue. They took full responsibility, they covered the costs we obtained, treated us with the highest level of respect and even extended our warranty beyond the standard. I highly recommend to purchase a vehicle from them because they treat people fair.

Excellent service, the folks at the sales office were great and Nathan helped me get my car quicker because I was in a bind. Lots of good gems here if you're willing to look and wait a day or so. They have all levels And varieties of vehicles. Put in a little patience and you'll find a real jewel here.

Very nice staff. Fair pricing and good estimations on when car will be ready. That being said, it took two week for them to “detail” my car and fix things up. First of all I noticed the sunroof was not always working while on my test drive and mentioned that to the staff, assuming that would be something they would fix during the two weeks. Completely ignored the sunroof and does not work at all now. The detail should be called “we payed my little brother to vacuum and wipe down the dash.” There is still shattered glass fragments in the rear window, trunk, seat pockets, and door compartments

Absolutely appalling customer service . Went in with a complaint about the work done to my truck . Just to be belittled , talked downed to and patronized by the owner. Apparently I should have been move… specific with the noise under the hood. What I thought was a revving was actually a hum.... & because of that reason did not get fixed. Instead of admitting fault and rescheduling an appointment I was told to go else where. ...
