They even came to boost my car so I could get it diagnosed. We found ourselves in some trouble when we left Point Farms after a few days of camping only to find my power steering had failed. I was met at Tim Hortons in town and was driven back to the shop where we were assured we would be taken care of.

Above & beyond!!!
Sean Rawlings looked after these visiting strangers with courtesy & a little friendly humour.
We dropped in having noticed the outer dual passenger side on our motorhome appeared a little low. Looking to have all covers removed & tire pressure/adjusted all round.
Well no wonder, the inside dual was flat. Seems valve stem was torn.
A bigger task than expected by either of us.
Good Samaritan Sean, suggested we better get that fixed. Into the wash bay we went. I asked if my sweetie should come out. Response sure, she can help if she likes.
All fixed there was some more humorous

This is easily the best repair shop I have ever dealt with. They went out of their way to help me with an issue I had with my tires. They even followed up with me a week later to make sure I was happy with everything still. I’ve never had a repair shop ensure their customers are happy like this!! Highly recommend. They’ve earned my business!

We started taking our vehicles to Pitlane when we moved to Goderich 11 years ago and the entire staff have been fantastic with our needs. We have an accessible vehicle for our son in a wheelchair and they've gone above and beyond to help us out to maintain it. Because it's difficult to bring our vehicle to them for this reason, they always offer to come pick up the vehicle or give us a ride home before and after our services. Sean has also rescued us from a parking lot when the battery quit, locking my son in the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Pitlane for your vehicular needs!

Our family has been using Pitlane Automotive for years with a variety of cars and for a variety of issues. The staff are always courteous, kind and accommodating in their dealing with us and what I have see of their dealing with other customers. The mechanics do good work on both the the newest and the older cars. Their advice and work are honest and they stand behind the work they do. Great value.
