The most pleasant experience I've ever had with an insurance company! Josh was so quick with getting me documents/information I needed, he never rushed our meetings or phone calls and he truly made me feel like he cared. He took the time to go over everything with me as well as review all options available to me. He made it clear I wasn't just another number. Kara is also a delight to work with. Everyone in the office is great to work with, however Jaclin was amazing! She was very personable, while never losing her professionalism. I called at 4 on a Tuesday afternoon, needing to adjust my insurance, to pick up my new car the next day at 9am! She switched everything right away, called the dealership, and within 20 minutes called back to say everything was set to go! I highly recommend this team for any insurance need.
