I first want to start off and say I’ve loved staying at the carriage house previously. It was my go to place to stay in Calgary but after today and the poor level of professional and customer service I will not be returning for any future stays. Nor will I be recommending it to any of my peers.
Its been about -30C for most of my stay. I ran into some trouble when my car would not start up. Go figure. I asked Linda at the front desk if they had any extension cords available as I saw there were electrical outlets in the parking lot. Without asking anyone to confirm if they had any cords she said

We stayed here for a night and the heated pool was superb! I and my kids enjoyed swimming on a freezing day -32 degrees but doesn’t feel like it. Moreover, I loved the zero chlorine smell since it is an open space. Free breakfast buffet for 2 adults and kids eat free too is more than a treat! Nothing more you can ask for. Staff are very warm and friendly. Looking forward for my next booking here.

Staff were very polite, rooms were clean, food was great including a breakfast buffet, very reasonably priced food and suites. This place even has a gift shop with odds and ends that could have had a more attentive clerk to answer a question of priced object but I found a better item any way. If staying in Calgary again definitely coming back.

I've stayed here every week for work for the past few months and the service is exceptional! The front desk staff are very welcoming and you can tell they're smiling even with masks on. Always a breeze checking in. The servers at the restaurant are great, Sandy is my server 90% of the time and always gives exceptional service. The rooms are nice and modern. No complaints at all

Excellent and friendly service, shout out to the front desk ladies and the breakfast ladies/servers too! Always willing to go the extra mile and so friendly. One of the comfiest beds and pillows we've slept in both King and Double/Queen Beds. We've even tried downtown Hilton and Sheraton etc, even their beds and bedding wasn't up to standard for what you pay. Prices are very competitive. Overall, you'll feel like you're staying at a 4 star hotel instead of a 3 star hotel and great value!

Staff was friendly/fast. The rooms are not 'fully renovated' - The lamp didn't work, the thermostat is like 50 years old and the phone is pretty old school, however nothing deal breaking. We had a nice view and the breakfast was great (not a lame toast/fruit only bar like some places, but had fresh cooked meat, eggs, waffles etc.). A few things in the room were kind of dirty including the coffee maker and some of the glasses but otherwise was well maintained. Would stay here again :)

I really enjoyed my stay. The lobby and the rooms look so nice.
Cindy and Linda at front desk were lovely. I had a fun chat with both of them. I also got to chat to Briony at Peanuts, she was really nice.
All the staff were nice. Bi served me at breakfast and she did a great job.
The bed was super comfy and my room was nice and clean.
