My husband called for a furnace clean, and the guy came on Nov. 2, 2021. He cleaned the furnace, and after he was done, he then condemned the oil tank, and put a no fill on the oil tank. So then the furnace couldn't be used because we couldn't get any more oil. My husband was estimated that a new oil tank would cost over $3000.00. If we would of been informed of the oil tank being condemned, we would of replaced the furnace with a propane one instead of having it cleaned for nothing. We received a bill for his cleaning service.

Done business with them twice. Had my oil furnace installed many years ago and never had a problem with it. When my oil tank was due to be changed, i had them install a propane furnace. Great work and very friendly people there. Will hire again if i am in need again.

Very poor with communication skills and customer service. Had asked for a estimate to replace my furnace and took long time. I had to call them to remind them and follow up with them. They promised to send me an estimate by and never got it. I complained to them and they in turn tell my insurance adjustor they did not want to work with me because I complained about them. Very childless in my opinion. If you want better service and no head aches I would suggest to find a better company to deal with.
