So I’d like to Thank the technician who pulled over in traffic to check on my safety. I had ran out of gas on the off ramp today. Sitting there on my phone trying to track down some fuel, he was concerned I had passed out, as my head was down. I want to Thank the gentleman for taking the time to call 911 amd have them check on me. Now I can say I was totally confused when sirens and ambiance’s pulled in front of me. But I really appreciate the concern and his quick response. I’m am Ok. Just a guys who ran out of gas🤷‍♂️

Beware This Company!!! I booked two months in advance for an installation service at my new house and no-one showed up on the day. I called multiple times and sent an email before anyone responded and I was told that they had no record of the booking and couldn't do the work until the following week. Then they insisted that it couldn't have been them that I booked with, but I confirmed in my phone records that it was. Very poor customer service and then they don't even care enough to correct their mistake!

Had no heat or hot water as of last Saturday at 4 pm. Donaldson came out to Sydenham from Kingston and fixed us up. Much appreciated and very professionally done. Our thanks and recommendations!
