Since 1989 family health and well-being have been the focus of our friendly chiropractic care center in Pickering. At Chiropractic Centre for Optimum Health, we offer a variety of services all under one roof to help you get well and stay well. We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience.

The Activator method uses a small, hand-held instrument called the Activator Adjusting Instrument. This instrument delivers a gentle impulse force to the spine with the goal of restoring motion to the targeted spinal vertebra or joint. It is an alternative to the traditional manual form of spinal manipulation that delivers a high velocity low amplitude thrust.

Dr. Francine is an absolutely phenomenal chiropractor! I highly recommend going to see her whether it is for regular maintenance or you have issues with your body. I saw her through almost my whole first pregnancy and she made sure I was completely comfortable, pain free and ready to deliver my baby. I attribute my fairly easy labour to all of her hard work! She is so gentle and genuinely cares about every patient she sees. Thank you so much Dr. Francine! The entire staff at the centre are all amazing - highly highly recommend going!!!

Dr. Francine Dallaire helped me with my headaches and got me back on track almost immediately.
She also gave me some simple stretches I could do at home and did they ever help.
The space is super clean, staff are very friendly and I've recommended family and friends to Dr. Francine.
The new patient special is the best bang for your buck and you will not be disappointed. My 1st visit was a great experience and I learned a lot about the root cause about where my issues came from.

I was always suspect to what Chiropractic measures could help me with. Well, thank you Dr. Francine! I not only do not have anymore tension headaches, I am no longer experiencing my multiple allergic reactions to my environment, including our family cat! I always look forward to visiting every couple of weeks to help keep me in tip top shape!

I've always been hesitant to see a chiropractor, but I'm so glad I made the appointment. My first session was a patient assessment which was very thorough and highlighted issues that I needed to work on. I'm looking forward to working with the doctor to rid myself of the constant shoulder pain and contining with a maintenance plan.

She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and detailed in capturing her clients needs. Throughout the process she as well as the staff were nothing but professional and compassionate. I have been in chronic lower back pain for the past two years (have 3 bulged discs that cause shooting pain down my leg and foot) and more so recently after an accident at work that pain has increased. I've felt hopeless for the past 2 years because nothing really has worked. I recently started going to see Dr. Francine Dallaire within the past 6 months and I have to say she is the BEST thing that I have come across through my 2 year rehabilitation process! ( Ex. before taking a shower would be the worst part of my day because standing would increase the pain, now I can have a full shower with
