I'm lucky to be pretty healthy, just needing my pap and physical done every 3 years. Last summer (2020), I tried to book an appointment for just that as I was a year overdue, but it was at the height of COVID and they weren't seeing anyone. That's fine. I understood completely.
Then in February of 2021, I called again to make an appointment and was told because it had been so long since my last visit, I needed to have a telephone conference with the doctor before I could book. Okay fine, we schedule a telephone call for a week and a half later. Then the day of the call comes, but no call comes

If I could give a Dr on here no stars I would. I was very hopeful and ignored a few red flags at the beginning of my time as a patient. When I told Dr Ajao that I had persistant ringing in my ear (still there a year later) she dismissed me saying I was "to young" for hearing loss... What my age has to do with ringing left from an ear infection is beyond me... I then had a few iron tests come back low while I was trying to donate blood. They urged me to go in to see my GP... She inquired about my menstrual cycle, which has been horrible for years now, and said she would refer me for an ultra sound

Went in as a walk in and was seen immediately. The doctor is a very nice lady, who took time to listen to me. Was very sad to read some of the other reviews. That was not my experience.
Quite a few of these reviews, clearly come from the same person and people who are irresponsible and expect no consequences. It takes a few minutes to call and cancel an appointment, that can go to someone else who will actually come. I am sure your sister's surgery was booked well in advance not the day of your appointment. Be responsible, stop whining and respect others' time

PLEASE READ TO THE END!!!!! The Pharmacist is a very nice man and very helpful, however the Doctor Ajao (The ONLY doctor here actually!) here is just unsympathetic towards my needs. I go in for oral surgery on Tuesday and Dr. Ajao only prescribed me 4 Tylenol 2's for the pain and NO antibiotics for the infection. I was insulted by this as I'm in very great pain and looking at two wisdom teeth being removed. I talked to my other doctor, told him what she gave me and was shocked, he immediately wrote me a prescription for T3s and antibiotics enough to have before and after the surgery. If you have

Dr. Ajao is quite possibly the best doctor I've ever seen. She is kind, she is thoughtful, she is professional and quick to refer. I've never had a medical professional hug me after our appointments but she is so caring and quick to help. I've always been a stiff upper lip kind of a person, but I feel I can be honest about what's going on and about my concerns and she is able to work with me to address not only my physical but mental health as well.

Met Dr. Ajao for first time. Very nice lady. Clinic was still quiet first thing in morning, so was able to see her right away. Very pleasant and decisive visit, got clear diagnosis right away. Receptionist was very pleasant and efficient, and having the pharmacy right there saves time on running around. Overall, 4.5 out of 5 stars ( front desk is a little close to exam rooms, I could overhear personal calls/conversations, but not loud).
