Kathy, a lifelong resident of Palmerston, has been involved in real estate since 1998 and became the sole owner of Coach House Realty Inc., Brokerage in 2009. She was the original owner of Yours Family Restaurant here in Palmerston and may be known to many from her years at Ranton Place when it was under the original ownership of Don Robinson.

We live in Harriston On, and decided to use a local Palmerston real estate agent to sell our home. Kathy Robinson of Coach House Realty.

Worst experience ever. We had an extremely interested couple who went through the house twice, talked about how they would put in a second deck etc., saw themselves living here... After one and a half hours the agent Kathy Robinson, sent them home to think it over and write a list of pros and cons. She did not ask them if they would like to try an offer - oh no, not her style, that would be too aggressive according to her. Well, after giving them the bum
