Buyer Beware! We came from the city so we chose a different Real Estate Agent than the one we had to sell our home, thinking it was smart to choose someone who may know country homes/properties better. Boy were we wrong. He knew that we were naive and buried the fact that we have a holding tank, not a septic system, by calling it a septic tank to us. All of our friends and family said they would have never known the difference and most people don't know all the "ins and outs" to these very intricate systems. We didn't ask the right questions and he didn't explain the house properly so, now we are
