I used this law firm for a business contract and possible litigation. It was fine at the beginning. My lawyer moved to another law firm, but never actually finished the final draft. THey have my CC on file and I told them to use to pay the bill. I did not realized that my lawyer quit, I remember receiving a reminder a pay my bill. I told them to use the CC on file. I forgot about everything and a year later the firm send me a serving papers. First, my lawyer did not finish everything. Instead of reminding me to pay the bill they serve me the papers.
