Rhonda obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in 1993 from the University of British Columbia.
The mediation takes place in a private, informal setting where the parties take part in the negotiation and design of a settlement. The mediator has no power to make decisions. The dispute is settled only if all of the parties agree to the settlement. Mediation focuses on the interests and needs of the people involved rather than just what they say they want.
The First Time Home Buyers' Program reduces or eliminates the amount of property transfer tax you pay when you purchase your first home. The Newly Built Home Exemption reduces or eliminates the amount of property transfer tax you pay when you purchase a newly built home. The First-Time Home Buyer Incentive helps qualified first-time homebuyers reduce their monthly mortgage carrying costs without adding to their financial burdens.
We fully understand the turmoil and stress that family law issues such as separation and divorce can cause our clients. The lawyer WE hired to handle our home purchase tore up the purchase contract in front of us, instead of simply answering our questions about it. Tore it up…..the lawyer WE hired. Called us back to sign it, and would only send an admin out. What was supposed to be a joyous first time home buying experience, was made to feel horrible.

Just came back from my visit with Meadowridge Law. I was skeptical at first because I spent so much money on my previous lawyer to get my separation agreement going. But, because I didn't see much progress after a year long battle, I took the leap of faith in seeing Meadowridge Law after reading their reviews on Google. Boy was I was satisfied with Nora Radac. She was compassionate, smart, assertive, fair and objective. She laid out what I will be expecting and she helped me get a deal done in no time. My experience with the Meadowridge Law group has been excellent. I consulted Rhonda Murray regarding some estate, power of attorney and probate issues. Rhonda was very efficient, professional and helpful. One of my issues needed to be dealt with in a timely fashion and Rhonda came in on a Saturday to help me out. I consulted Rhonda Murray about my will and wanted it done before I travelled in Europe. Unfortunately, the instructions were not received and when I checked, my deadline was fast approaching. I checked with the office and we started anew. To make things right for me, Rhonda completed the will at end of the same day, gave me overnight to check the rather complicated details, made adjustments the next day and came to the house to ensure I had the will signed and completed on time and on budget.

I booked an appointment with this lawyer in December to have Power of Attorneys signed by my son and daughter and to have my will written. My son does not live here and was only available for a few days so we made the appointment based on his availability. I then met with Rhonda to discuss what I wanted done for the POA and my will. My son, daughter and I arrived at the office December 14th 2015 for the POA signing only to be told Rhonda was not there and had no record of our meeting. No apology was offered by the staff. I expected a call from her to apologize, or to arrange another appointment
