Some visual conditions cannot be treated adequately with just glasses, contact lenses and/or patching, and are best resolved through a program of Vision Therapy. Vision Therapy is an individualized, supervised, treatment program designed to correct visual-motor and/or perceptual-cognitive deficiencies.

The doctors are fabulous, but all the nurses and helpers that do the testing are rude, slow and not helpful. I was neglected and treated poorly for my testing and the girl helping me was ignoring me to talk to coworkers about personal matters and her family members. And they try to sell you on new frames even if u don’t need them. They try to tell u they’ll probably break if u get new lenses put in..lol

Dr. Moussa saved my vision and helped me get my life back! I have multiple sclerosis and was visually impaired. After eye therapy treatment, I am back on the road driving and have my peripheral vision back and so much more! Dr. Moussa's eye therapy was a life saver and a God send for me! I highly recommend him! He also helped my mother greatly with specific referrals needed and the right perscribed eyeglasses. Thank you Dr. Moussa and staff! You all are an amazing team!

I personally had an exceptional experience and care. Was scheduled an appointment in no time and was prescribed reading glasses. It was my first pair so I had no clue regarding what it should be like. May made is super easy. Her assistance is much appreciated. She's very professional ,caring and helpful. I was very happy with the service that was provided to me. The doctor checked my eyes twice on different days just to make sure that my prescription would be correct. The staff particularly May was extremely helpful with my selection of frame and making sure that I was happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend getting your prescription glasses at Rose City Optical.

My children attend the eye therapy program with this eye clinic. Not only was I told that they are the ONLY one in the city that provides this but was also miss led that they have MUCH experience working with children who have special needs and Brain injuries. I was very disappointed for the 3 months we attended the program was told on multiple occasions my child needs a hair cut. (Explain to a child with SPD that) he didn’t have his first cut till he was almost 3 with lots of coaxing. They told me to manipulate him into getting one. How do you manipulate a child? If so what are you teaching

I had an appointment with my 3 year old son. My son was tired, cranky, and I had difficulty keeping him still. Dr. Moussa stated, without knowing any medical facts related to my son, that he should be tested for Autism because he most likely is autistic. My son is not, in fact, Autistic. This is a true encounter with this doctor. It upsets me to this day when I think back.

I had bad experience with Dr. Moussa. We felt that they try to force their technique on everyone, regardless of proper diagnostic.
They also use parental fear and concern to their advantage in marketing their product. Their diagnosis for my son was incorrect, and we decided not to continue their service. The same was done by another person in our neighborhood, who felt the same concern.
Their customer service and experience is lacking politeness. They were not willing to share patient information with the parents, even when requested by our general physician.
