I have Never been so unhappy with service from a independent shop. If you order any glasses from them make sure you are calling them since they do t like to make phone calls. I would expect this service from a large chain. Extremely disappointing since I prefer to deal with local independent business

Would not shop for our glasses anywhere else. The owner Martin and staff are very helpful when choosing your glasses and really care about each and every customer they have.Have been dealing there for years. They are very friendly and it has always been a wonderful experience for me and my husband Wayne.

Thank you to Union Vision for making my days so much clearer and safer! Union Vision generously has been helping Frontline Healthcare Staff with fitting us for prescription eyewear. 12 hours is a long shift to wear both my glasses with googles or shield over top. I now just wear my prescription googles! The experience at Union Vision was excellent. Appointment for fitting, and pick up were efficient and safe. I'll be back for my next pair of prescription glasses. I couldn't help but notice the great selection to choose from including my favourites Versace, Tory Burch, Kate Spade and Gucci.

Nothing but raves about this place for me. From my original check up with Roxanne to the help I received in picking my new glasses and contacts. I felt the whole process was very attentive to my needs for the care of my eyes. It’s a family business and they are all in sync with each other to give the customer the best experience possible. I felt I was being taken care of with great care. I’d recommend to anyone.

From the eye exam to the purchase of new glasses this “family run” business is the only place I go for my eyewear. The Jubenville family are all great people and they have an amazing ability to put me in glasses that make me feel good about myself, whether they’re reading, distance or sun glasses. I’ve been getting my eyewear from Union Vision for many years and recommend them to anyone who is in the market for new glasses.
