We needed work done on our balcony after the plywood underneath the membrane rotted from a leak. We were so lucky to have Kyle and Mark working on our house. Kyle takes enormous pride in doing an excellent job. It was as if he were working on his own home. He answered all of our questions while reassuring us that the balcony would be sealed tight when he was done. Due to scheduling and coordinating with workers from another company replacing the wood, Kyle and Mark had to tag team and come back on multiple days. I called them to fix a roof that they installed 3 years ago because it started to leak.
It took me 1 month for them to finally return my calls.
They told me it would cost $300 just to have someone come by.....not even to fix the roof...just to assess it.
They don't stand by their craftsmanship at all.

This company was contractor for our builder, we bought a house from. After a little more than two years we have a problem with our roof, causing water penetration. I have tied to contact the company. May 2019 left a message - no response, no call back. June 2019 - ask reception for manager or owner to give me a call - no response, no call back. Story to be continued :(

Victor was referred to me by a friend. He arrived for the appointment on time, was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. The quote was reasonable (compared to the other quotes I received) and we arranged a date to do the re-roofing job. His crew were great, they did an excellent job over several days and cleaned up after themselves. No issues to report.

I contacted Victor from Trudel to check out issues with my roof he was quick and professional when he came out. The estimate was reasonable and we went forward with the work. The crew arrived on time and worked professionally, I appreciated the thorough clean up they did. Since they did the work, I have recommended them to other people looking at getting their roof done.
