Services
We offer a wide range of services to get you back to peak performance. What sets us apart from other clinics is that we care, listen to your needs and are hands on using manual therapy. We take the time to properly diagnose, explain your injury and treatment options. It's important that you receive the face time you need with your physiotherapist, without added cost.
1 Report injury to motor vehicle insurance company. Alberta legislation states that you are to go through the insurance company that insures the vehicle you were injured in. 2 Call clinic to make an appointment. 3 You will need to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.
3) Your assessment (your first visit to the clinic) will be covered by WCB. After the initial assessment, your physiotherapist will submit a report to WCB. If your claim is approved you will be required to attend treatment three times per week for a period of six weeks. If your claim is denied you are welcome to attend therapy, however, you will be responsible for paying for your treatment.
Does Airdrie Physiotherapy & Massage direct bill to my Insurance Provider? For many Canadians, health insurance providers cover all cost or a portion of the cost of physiotherapy and massage care. Some extended health insurance plans may require a physician's referral in order to reimburse you for physiotherapist or massage service, but it's not always necessary.

I have been seeing Eyal for several years. My sister referred me to him after she had excellent treatment by Eyal. He is the best physio I know! I started seeing him for migraines which he treated with dry needling. I have seen him for other various concerns and he always very professional and willing to help. Thanks for all your hard work!

I was first referred to Airdrie Physio in 2017 after a rear end collision. I worked with Brittany for almost two years to regain function and mobility and control pain from my whiplash and soft tissue injuries. While getting up early to go to physio is not how I would choose to spend my mornings, the staff at Airdrie Physio make it feel a little… less like a chore.
Janessa and the front desk staff are extremely helpful and always greet you with a smile.
Brittany has been phenomenal in her care and goes above and beyond in her therapy. Dry needling has honestly changed my life.
I highly recommend

I have been getting treatments done at Airdrie Physio and Massage for almost 3 years. This past year I have been seeing Eyal for chronic pain in my shoulder and neck. He is so knowledgeable about the body and not only has been able to treat my pain but also show me how to prevent further injury/pain. I used to have to come weekly to have… treatments done to relieve the pain. Now I can almost go a month but I have also built up some strength in my weakest areas due to the exercises and suggestions put forward by Eyal. Eyal has gone over and above any physio I have seen and I truly believe

I have been going to this clinic now since May of this year for a Sprained LCL and a few neck and back issues. Marhanda has been treating me and has been very empathetic, caring and effective in treating me. Thank you for getting me back to being able to do things I love like walking my dogs, hiking and skating! Over my treatments at this clinic the front staff has become to know me by name and are very friendly! I love the on line scheduling feature it helps me keep my life together!

I had a similar very bad experience with the physiotherapist Eyal Okin as Stacey M. wrote but at their sister clinic, Chaparral Physio and Massage. The manager at the Chaparral location also handled the situation extremely poorly when I complained. I went for an initial appointment for tennis elbow and was seen by the physiotherapist Eyal Okin. Right off the bat I was told stretching or exercises would not help and he wanted to spend the appointment doing dry needling. I was not completely opposed to this but wanted some time to think about it and asked if we could do something else this session

I seen Lindsay and I’m so impressed. Things like walking up and down the stairs, picking up things up off the floor and just simple tasks were painful. She’s a miracle worker after just one session. She was extremely thorough and described everything she was doing and why. I could cry happy tears on what a difference she made. The room was clean, she was organized and front end staff were very friendly. She also printed off exercises/stretches to do at home. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you!

I have used the services here for a couple of years now. I have never been so grateful for such complete set of services in one place. I just used the massage therapy there today and it was my first time for a massage. I had Julia Bache and she was amazing. Julia explained everything she was doing and why. I must admit that i did not think i could… be pain free in those areas. No matter the service i have used there and I have used 90% of them the staff are the best and really care about the person they are treating. Thank you for being the best and look forward to my next visit.

I have been working with Brittany since January 2017 after 2 ACL surgeries. Like any pfhysio after a surgery it can be difficult and uncomfortable. Brittany made the experience as fun and positive as possible… and managed to make me laugh during the difficult process. And best of all I saw great results and am healing well! The office staff is also very friendly and helpful, especially Janessa. I hope I do not need to go back but if I do have another injury it's definitely the best pace in Airdrie ... and I have tried a few before finding the right team to get me back to work and my sports

After my car accident I was skeptical about physio treatment. After 18 treatments so far with Jen and her massage therapist team I feel great and have made great progress in my recovery. The acupuncture has… also helped tremendously. Great staff and communication between the teams to better help focus on what needs to be fixed. Highly recommend this place.
