The Burntwood Hotel

Not very clean, charged a $200 damage deposit, walls were filthy. Was a Wednesday night and a lot of the clientell were up making noise in the courtyard all hours of the night. Would not likely recommend.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely run down. Room had bad stains everywhere. Drunk people blocking the entrance. 10 year old kids smoking weed out front. Half asked repairs everywhere. Walked in the lounge and walked out. Food was terrible, Didn't eat it, tried 2 bites, sent it back. Owner/manager said I had to pay for it. I told her you should learn how to run a restaurant because no I'm not paying for garbage that I didn't eat. Service was non existent. Bad food, bad service, unclean looking restaurant. If I had a choice of sleeping in the back of truck or staying here I would probably sleep in my truck. It was the only hotel available, the management is not concerned about Patreon safety, there was an open fire escape that stayed open all night, as well as multiple people passed out in the stair cases. I guess the only plus side was i didn't wake up in the am with any bed bug bites, and the hot water worked in the shower

Not as bad as I expected. Which was zero. Room okay but furthest from the entrance. Lots of riff raff around. Felt my vehicle was safe near front door. Good thing I only had one bag to carry in. Room clean but could use a good cleaning to get spit and blood of the walls.

I'm.writing this from my vehicle in the parking lot. Started with plowing through drunks bothering you to get to front door. Then cops showed up. After got into room first thing I noticed was dirt and crumbs in bedding. Instead of cleaning it they gave me another room. This one had hair in tub, blood on sheets, disgusting floors, food and stuff everywhere, some sort of white stuff on chair and floor. Blood on towels. I was terrified to touch anything. Stayed at this Hotel in June because no other hotel was available. Worst experience ever! Floors were dirty, hair and other stuff in bed, blood droplets in bathroom. Disgusting!! Slept on top of bed blankets with cloths and shoes on. If can't get other hotels will sleep in vehicle next time.

Awful experience. Bedsheets had a yellow stain spot, one of the towels had brown stains. I asked for extra towels and the guy at the desk told me that they did not have anymore. The breakfast was not satisfactory, you don’t get a continental breakfast but a voucher to choose anything on the menu 10 dollars or less however they failed to update their menu because the food I ordered were not part of the 10 dollar deal and lots of their stuff on their menu was not available and was only able to get French toast that tasted eh. This place has potential to be nice but apparently the staff/owners do not care. My room was not cleaned and still had the prior occupants open drinks and stuff laying around the room. The sheets and blankets were maybe changed but thats about it. The toilet was not even cleaned. I dont know if they ever vacuum. Complete rip off for the price.

The front desk lady was polite but then it went downhill from there

The pool was nice but does not have a shallow end for the children and the kids pool was broken.

The hot tub was nice and the slide was fun for the children
