My family and I had the most terrible stay here for our first time, most inconsiderate people ever and the place is just disgusting, crawling cockroaches outside of the place, dirty beds and terrible customer service except for the kitchen people. I must say thank you for the good food but I would NOT recommend this hotel to stay at again 😥 never been so disappointed and disgusted. They don’t even remember there own customers that have been staying there for a week! Constantly bugging us asking if we stayed there. LITERALLY THEY ASKED EVERYDAY. But no wonder they can’t remember us cause

Have stayed several times. The rooms are very modern, clean, with new beds and furniture. The restaurantoffers the same menu as I recalled from 20 years ago. The prime rib dinner is as good as it gets. Unfortunately the hotel needs to employ full time security gue to vandalism and theft which frequently occurs in the neighborhood.

Went to Mystery Lake Restaurant this morning for breakfast and ordered a cheddar omelet, as per the menu. While eating it I discovered they put Cheez Whiz or Cheese slices in side. It was disgusting. When I asked them to take it back and bring me scrambled eggs instead, they took my entire breakfast away (oranges slices and all my toast) and brought back 2 scrambled eggs on a plate. They charged me full price for this. The service and quality of food has gone totally down hill there. Its the last time I will go back.

I have lived in Thompson for 28 years and this used to be one of the wonderful places to go for a exceptional meal. Reservations were made, and the table was beautifully set. I spent over 100.00 for my partner and I, and I think that was the worst dine-out meal I have ever had. The over salted broil steak, but I think it was boiled, was a disappointment. Six of us dine together--six of us left disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere.
