We met William approximately seven months ago.....just walked into the ReMax Collingwood office looking for a real estate agent to simply help us explore the market! Just explore, nothing more! Since then we have purchased a sweet property in Thornbury and in the process of renting it now. William Caldwell helped us with everything we needed from the moment we responded interest into a house that was for lease in our area. My girlfriend and myself have a family of 7 currently but in about 6 weeks will be 8. We were in s townhouse before and not enough room for everyone. So we were looking for a bigger house to accomodate the whole family including our new addition. By the next day we heard back from William and set up a time to go and view the property we really liked. He helped us alot in leasing our first new home. He aswered all the questions we had day in and day out as well
