Less than a month into having it the alternator went and it was quickly dealt with, which was nice because a vehicle for us is super important.. since then they’ve been super helpful which has been so nice since I had her some not so great things from people but I quickly gave the benefit to Icar once we dealt with Kris and Rebecca; which I was happy about !
I was a HUGE pain in the butt and still am and they have managed to stick beside us. I am happy for the staff for trying to resolve the issues as quickly as possible and helping us understand

I was very pleased with the help I received in replacing my set of wheels(SUV). I had hit a Deer and my vehicle was subsequently "wrote off" and needed a replacement. Staff was pleasant and not pushing a sale. They got my CRV ready in a couple days as it needed to re-due the safety standard certificate and get re-cleaned for delivery. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks, to all the staff, especially the salesman.

Kris and Rebecca were awesome. Even tho I showed up without an appointment they took the time to go over everything and get me into the vehicle I wanted. I am very happy with my choice and will definitely be going back there when I’m looking for another vehicle. Thanks again!! You guys rock!

We were interested in a vehicle advertised online and sent numerous requests for further information. We never received a response from any of the tickets forwarded through their site. We decided to follow through and go visit the lot personally to go and see what they had for Used vehicles as that was all we could fit for our budget.
