We had originally contacted UCS in March to purchase a vehicle, we experienced great customer service from the start to the finish, the trade in process of our old vehicle was smooth, and we were upgraded to a Nissan Rogue which was an amazing trade from the Caravan we had. a few months later we were in a car accident and knew who to contact right away, without zero hesitation we contacted Brandon from UCS, the same person who was able to set us up with the rogue, he wasnt only diligent, extremely personable, and made himself available at all hours, but he always made sure we were in the loop,
