Many of the cabinets showed signs of humidity and delamination within a couple of years. Some of the flat surfaces became rough and mottled and some edges lost their finish entirely. Since we are an older… couple with no children at home and no pets and treat our home with care and respect I find it extraordinary that the cabinets have not stood up. I regret having chosen the product and would not ever recommend them.

On June 10 I posted a five star review saying Gerald Charrois, Director of Sales was helping me get my cabinet doors replaced. Today it is Sept 29 and I have received all of my doors except 3 doors and 1 drawer front. These were missing in the order. New ones were sent and they were the wrong color. I am now waiting to receive the correct doors and drawer front. STAY TUNED!!!!!!!

Worst cabinets ever. Maple veneer split within a few years. Consultant who sold Merit cabinets came out said they had issues with the particular cabinets in a few climates and she doesn't sell that style anymore because of it. Merit's response? They sent out one of their sales reps who said sorry but it was your fault (me) you put the cabinets in a room with a sink - otherwise known as a kitchen. Yeah, no joke. Then it was because there was a washer in the room that must be leaking (it never has). Then it was a dishwasher. Then it was because a tenant had a rice cooker (I kid

I just finished a telephone conversation with the Sales Manager from Merit Kitchens. One of the drawers I have (manufactured by Merit Kitchens) has come off of its track and will neither open nor close. Merit's mission statement is to provide "superior service and outstanding value" - but for me they are providing neither. The Sales Manager says the problem is mine 'cuz the cabinets are older and were not good enough for their lifetime warranty. I suggest that, if you are considering new cabinets, you NOT consider Merit. They don't stand behind their product and their

Not bad, not great. The place I moved into has a Merit Kitchen Magic Corner (this thing that's actually kinda cool where it makes it easy to use a ton of space in the corner under the counter... sorta like those lazy circley things but modern, I guess). Anyway, it broke so I called Merit to get it repaired.
At first, they said they'd call me back to let me know the appointment time. Didn't hear back for several days, so I called again. That time they said they'd call me back that day before 5:00 and they did.
A few days later the guy they'd booked for me came to my place
