I've had the pleasure of working with Kaitlin on two kitchen cabinet projects, one using both custom and pre-made cabinets and the other being completely custom. Kaitlin provided great options for both projects keeping our cost and preferences in mind. I was on a tight timeline for one of the projects and Kaitlin kept me informed of the delivery dates and any changes to the schedule. Very happy with the quality of the cabinets as well as the service received.

We booked a consultation with Kitchen Cabinet Solutions to discuss a kitchen renovation for our home (our house was originally built with them, so we figured it would be a simple choice to do a Reno with them as well). We came prepared to the appointment with photos of the kitchen and measurements of all the cabinetry.
I was highly disappointed in the service we received. Our ‘appointment’ lasted all of 15 minutes, with the representative assigned to us not paying us any reasonable attention and not offering information. We had to ask every single question from the beginning, including ‘so

Things go wrong (demo debris in the shower drain, flooring 'lost' in the warehouse, sectional delivered with one section the wrong colour, delivery of moldy drywall, etc.) but what we appreciate is professional and responsive service recovery. Kaitlin did exactly that when our order of a mix of stock and custom cabinets didn't go exactly as planned. She stepped up and made things right for us. Oh yeah, and she had a clever idea to flip a cabinet upside down to meet our needs rather than order a custom cabinet. Excellent service, good value and people you can trust - a combination that works for

We used cabinet solutions for a renovation project of an old home constructed in the 1940's. The house has many quirks and was not an easy project to design a kitchen for. The Cabinet solutions team provided us with a number of options to maximize our space and discussed the benefits of each design. We choose a design and the project worked out perfectly. The kitchen is perfect for the space and is both functional and looks great. Their measurments were also perfect. We would highly recommend then to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Kaitlin, our Cabinet Solutions Designer was amazing. She was very knowledgeable. I am pleased with the design, and going from cupboards to drawers makes such a difference. Everyone at Cabinet Solutions is great - from the moment you walk in the receptionist greets you, the expertise of the designer is appreciated, and the loading dock personnel very friendly. We love the final product.

We had a great experience working with Cabinet Solutions. Their new showroom is a great place to visualize the products and get ideas. Both Kaitlin and Daniel were tremendously helpful with the little details of design and installation. They were even able to accommodate our need for custom modifications.
