I am a Registered Psychotherapist with almost 20 years of experience counselling individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues and life challenges. I specialize in anxiety and mood difficulties as well as difficulties coping. My goal is to work alongside you to learn where you are now, where you want to be, and what the obstacles are. I have training in a variety of approaches and will draw on the techniques and tools that are best suited to you.

I understand that therapy is not an easy step to take and I take great privilege in working with you along your path. My first step is to meet you exactly where you are in your journey with unconditional acceptance. I have a strong background in CBT, but also utilize interpersonal therapy, solution-focused therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy approaches.
Perhaps you are experiencing anxiety or increased stress. Perhaps you have found that your mood is lower and you can't seem to "snap out of it". For many, there are other life stressors going on - at work, at home, with relationships - and it's difficult to to figure out just how to tackle these issues in an objective way.
