Kitchener Ford

I've contacted Kitchener Ford Service department about four times now- so I've given them a fair shot. Service almost never picks up the phone first off. Second of all, when I finally get a hold of some I've been told twice they don't know the cost, and someone will call me or message me back with an answer. This is fine, except the only issue is they never call or message me back with a number. I gave them an entire week to call or message back both times, by the way. Great way to bring in revenue guys! I try to keep to the local dealerships, but obviously it's not possible.

Took my car in for service at Kitchener Ford. Sarah was amazing and very helpful the whole time! The main concern was I set my times on the form as 11am but they called me earlier during class times, and they never called me until near closing time to let me know my vehicle would be at Ford for another day, when the diagnosis and time estimate may've been done earlier and I could have been notified then. I was given an estimate of 30 minutes for my car to be fixed, but they ended up charging me for 1.5 hours.

Multiple problems with my Ford Fusion SE.
At 145k it turned into a rock. They can't tell me what caused it, how to prevent it or if it'll even stop if I replace the engine on it. Repair was worth more than my car.
Bought it brand new off of them. Had nothing but problems.
Brought it somewhere else and got a much better trade in value.
They tried to say I never changed the oil which I always was on top of.
Brakes costs me 820. Did the others for 350.
Really disappointed. Hope Ford does something about a loyal customer but I doubt it

We used to love this place and bought all of our trucks here. Until they sold us this pro master from their lot.
We have had the truck one year that apparently came with a new transmission and engine. We have already spent over 5k on fixing the new transmission they would not cover and now just shy of one year the " new" engine has dropped from the mounts as you can see in the pictures.
Very disappointed with the whole team here on how this has been handled.

Always on time and super efficient. The service advisor is very knowledgeable and takes a keen interest in serving the client efficiently and expeditiously

I've been there twice for small inquiries and they have been extremely polite and helpful on both occasions. I had some minor work done and I was very pleased with the results. Thanks again.

Service needs to be worked on my dad is made to wait 3 hours because there is not shuttle for him didnt offer to give a loner or anything truck went back in once parts came in job was a bigger one but was told I would have it by days end that didn’t happen I called and said needed a ride (loner) was asked if is was a emergency that he needed one and didn’t get one. Total joke I’ll take it out of town for service next time

Bought my first car here, after moving to Canada as a foreigner. I felt very appreciated and looked after by Neeten and Jackson. They were very accommodating e.g. dealing with my lack of credit history in the country, and patience while I obtained my ON license and advised me on how insurance and tax works here. Bought truck here last year, sales was fantastic. Last weekend had regular service done plus 2 recalls, horrible , unreliable service ! Dropped off truck Friday night for 8am Saturday appoint.- received txt at 1015 am saying we missed our appointment! Truck and keys there all night! Tried to call several times, couldn't get thru, finally sales dept patched us thru to service but wrong extension, sat on hold approx. 30 min. Long enough to drive there and find out what was going on! Promised truck would be done by 3, which it was. They couldnt find the attachment to rotate the tires even tho

I have purchased a number of vehicles from Kitchener Ford and have all of our family's current vehicles serviced there. They have always been excellent to deal with. Pricing is fair and transparent and the people there are friendly.

Don't go to this dealership at all. Worst experience I've ever had. They won't budge on price and will give you we just don't have any room to move on your car. Even after they put in a illegal admin fee of $300 dollars. There is a number you can call to confirm this. But they put this on to get more for car. Then will say can go lower then 200 bucks. Buy your car like I did anywhere else.
