Bob, John and the team are amazing and extremely patient. I have had some small issues with my purchase and they have taken care of every thing, each time. Give bad reviews on this site no attention, people forget that when buying a used car, it's future is very unpredictable. You have no idea of how well or how terrible it's previous owner treated it. This is not a dealer ship issue, however Bob is very accommodating and understands this and does everything possible to handle the issue. It's the same as a doctor, they can't predict a sprained ankle, or flu outbreak, but they can definitely get
