We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That's why every Life Assure order is backed up with our customer satisfaction guarantee. It's simple. If for some reason the product that you order does not meet your needs, or if you decide you do not require our services any longer, simply mail the equipment back to Life Assure Medical Alert, and you will no longer be charged.

All of our units come with a water resistant pendant that can be worn as either a necklace or on the wrist. Once the button has been pressed, a wireless signal is sent to your Life Assure Medical Alert station. The base then contacts one of our many monitoring stations and a voice will come on the line to make sure that you're ok.

I purchased this Service as an added measure of security and to help reduce my Lady's level of anxiety when I leave the house, or if anything happens where she might need assistance should I fall and she can't get me back on my feet. I will try this for a short while to determine if this higher level of protection is needed.
So far, so good as the devices, Charger and Pendant works as advertised.
Note a Cell phone will be needed as a Contact device.

I love this little device. I no longer worry about something happening and being alone. I even have peace of mind during my country walks. Each time I have fallen they detected it immediately and called me. Everyone I have ever spoken to there is very friendly, helpful, and caring. I highly recommend this product.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Life Assure. Their system is very sensitive to even small movements, adjusts to my body style of movement and reacts positively by placing a call immediately it detects a fall, or anomaly. E.g. I sat down a bit hard on a sofa which was placed at a lower height than normal. My pendant recognized this as a "Fall" and activated the fall detection system by placing a call to the monitoring station which also responded immediately with 5-10 seconds. I would highly recommend Life Assure to anyone considering a fall detection system for their loved ones

Life Assure employs staff who speak clearly and go the extra mile to make sure they have been helpful. On calling the client number, there's usually a live human being response after the first ring. I like that this is a Canadian company, based in Winnipeg, that serves Canadians from coast to coast to coast.
