Our community continues to do our best to care for ourselves and protect our loved ones. As we navigate the changes to our social fabric, you may experience common stress responses such as physical and emotional discomfort, sleep disruptions or even a sense of grief and loss.
Everybody has struggles, tend to spend a lot of time covering up those struggles, whether be shame, fear of judgement from others, fear of judgment of self, what we might feel?Yet, if we lean in to those same feelings that keep us struggling, we learn to embrace the aspects of ourselves that feel so difficult.
