Oaktree Chiropractic & Acupuncture opened in 2011. Dr. Emilie Perras and her husband, Martin Perras, long knew they wanted to combine their expertise and practice together. At their office, you can find chiropractic, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our location is Dr. Emilie and Martin's former home.
Dr. Emilie is a small-town girl from Penetang. Early in life, she began chiropractic care. When her mother was pregnant with one of Dr. Emilie's brothers, she gained 50 pounds that settled right in her belly. As you can guess, she suffered from serious back pain. She found such great results from chiropractic that the whole family got under care.
At the young age of 25, Martin had it all: ownership of a successful company with Fortune 500 company clients all over the world and fantastic employees. Though he'd accomplished much, he felt that something was missing. He made a decision and sold his company, then looked for a career that would be about serving others.
At our Orleans facility, Chiropractor Dr. Katrina Greer and Acupuncturist Martin Perras are available to help you address your health concerns. We're easily reached just a minute from the highway on busy St. Joseph Street. There is parking available on-site, which is a convenience in our ever-expanding city.

Been visiting Oaktree for over a year, and I cannot thank Dr. Vanessa and her magic in chiro to have saved me and all my back issues I had ongoing. Went from having daily migraines to not remembering the last time having one, and now I’m aware of my posture and just have never felt so lose in my body. Just do yourself (and body) a favour, and book that chiro appointment - you won’t regret it!

Dre Emilie is a gem and the staff is equally nice and caring. Our whole family goes there and we have only had excellent services. We brought our son when he was just a few weeks old because I had a difficult labor and it was a game changer for us. I am so glad to be in the care of Dre Emilie and the Oaktree family. I could not recommend it enough.

Dr. Vanessa and the whole team at Oaktree make every appointment the highlight of my week! Everyone is always so welcoming, and very accommodating if I need to adjust my appointment schedule for any reason, which is greatly appreciated. Of course, the most important note is the quality of care which I could not be more happy with! I’ve been to other chiropractors before but had never been provided with a long term care plan, and therefore only saw temporary relief, but still lived in pain for many years. I can't think of a better place where you can go get an adjustment/acupuncture treatment than Oaktree. I've been going for 2+years to their downtown Ottawa location. The staff treat you like family and really care about your health/wellbeing. They also want to help improve your health, so you can be a better and healthier you! I've been going to Oaktree Health Clinic on Lisgar Street for about 4 months now, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only are the ladies a ray of sunshine at the front desk, but they are very understanding and welcoming. I see Dr. Vanessa for Chiropractic, and she is very patient and knowledgeable. I went in for lower back pain, and Dr. Vanessa has helped me achieve better posture, and eliminate the lower back pain. This clinic have surpassed all my expectations, and I would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat.

The staff at the downtown location are always so friendly and welcoming when I come to their office. I have been going to see Dr. Vanessa for a little over a year and I have seen a lot of improvement since I first started going to see her for chiropractic care. Dr. Vanessa is really knowledgeable and helpful if you have questions or concerns. I would 100% recommend Oaktree to anybody looking to improve their overall health!

Dr. Vanessa at Oaktree Health is the best! Her methods and goals of chiropractic care are all focused around long term health. Extremely knowledgeable with how chiropractic care affects my health, from neuronal function to postural changes. I have experienced a significant change for the better, built healthier habits and realized that I didn't have to live with daily pain that I thought was normal! Chiropractic care with Dr. Vanessa has helped me exercise better after being free from knee pain (pain that existed for quite a few years!). Better breathing and sleeping because of postural changes

I have started going to Oaktree earlier this year and it has absolutely helped improved my overall health. I have been to other practices and they are by far the best ones I have worked with. Dr. Vanessa and all the staff are so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I experience any sort of discomfort or pain, I seek advice from Dr. Vanessa and we discuss what I can do to alleviate it. I always look forward to my visits :)

I have suffered from bad posture and an awful bump on my back below my neck. I have always been self conscious of it, wearing my hair down to hide it. I consulted my family doctors many times and received conflicting responses about the causes (fat deposits, cartilage build up, etc) but one thing remained - there was nothing to be done.

Emilie has been my Chrio dr. since many years ago. She cares about her patients. I appreciate her pointing to me the bad habits and incorrect posture that caused my chronic pains. The Chiro adjustments that I get helped me correcting the position of the spine. Furthermore, Emilie has a notable organizational skills and attention to details which reflect on serving her clients better. There is a lot to learn from Emilie!
