Much like other reviews here, I didn't have a spectacular experience. Thankfully it wasn't my first appt trying on dresses, otherwise I would've been turned off by the entire situation.

First of all, Felichia's Bridal isn't a huge space. So if you're planning to bring people with you, I would bring no more than 2-3 because it will get cramped. I had 3 girls with me and there wasn't enough room for them all to sit and see me come out in the dresses. They kind of just stood/sat in one tiny area.

The consultant that I was assigned to, first explained the different

Felichia bridal has a great selection of dresses at a variety of price points. Unfortunately the customer service left a lot to be desired. The consultant didn't help with anything. First, we asked if there were other similar styles to the dress I liked and she just said "lots" but didn't point any out. Second, I asked if I could try on a dress by pulling it over my head because that particular style wouldn't fit over my hips when pulled up, and she said "no, the dresses are meant to be stepped in to". This comment didn't make sense because consultants had

Tldr: Great service when it comes to dress shopping, but you're better off getting alterations done elsewhere.

I had gone to a few other bridal stores prior to stepping into Felichia's. It's truly a small boutique, but their selection of dresses are to die for. Their employees are great and they are quite flexible with timing and making sure you're happy.

I walked in with 4 bridesmaids and was given clips to choose 5-7 dresses to try on at first. The consultants were great and gave us a lot of freedom to pick whatever we wanted As I tried on different dresses, Meghan, my

I had a great experience trying on dresses and going back to try my dress on when it came in. I found the staff friendly and the vibe was the right balance of "fun, special experience" and "low-key". it didn't feel stuffy, as some wedding stores can seem. I did not use their seamstress for alterations as I decided to get that done closer to where I live, but the experience of trying on, and purchasing my dress, was great.

I am really really happy with Felicia but more importantly with their seamstress who essentially made my experience there go from good to amazing. I bought a sample dress and I'm really tiny so I was nervous about how it would look when it's taken so many sizes down. Eve is some kind of magician I swear. I still don't know how she cut certain places and sewed certain places to make my dress look like a glove on me. Tell her any insecurities you have about your body, and she somehow takes it away. the things she recommended that i don't know I'm so thankful for, and only

TL;DR: Bought a dress that came in a different material than the one I tried on, gave me a huge red rash, had to get a new dress 6 weeks before my wedding. Felichia ignored me for a month when I tried to talk to them about it, then finally sent me an email that basically said "not our problem, can't help you, don't call us, don't email us, and don't come to the store or we'll call the police". Would give 0 stars if I could for the crazy customer service that didn't include one "I'm sorry".

From my own experience and from reading other girls

The seamstress is also amazing and not only is she'll super sweet but her work is amazing. They have accommodated my crazy schedule and I can't stay enough positive things about the staff and selection of dresses.

I purchased my wedding dress at Felichia Bridal and I was so impressed with the entire experience. They have a great selection of beautiful wedding dresses, and the prices were very reasonable! They have regular sample sales and private events as well. I purchased a designer dress and it arrived very timely (2 months before it was scheduled to arrive).

I did all the dress fittings and alterations with them because the process was so easy. I really liked the fact that you can book all these appointments with them online - super convenient. One of the girls working there (Roisin) was super nice

This is a review of the "trying on" experience only, as I won't be getting my dress here.

My consultant was a super, super nice woman, but she was supremely hard to understand, and that was a little bit uncomfortable because I wasn't sure I was properly responding to what she was saying in the most polite way.

I enjoyed how much time my consultant let me try on dresses and that we got to try on whatever we wanted. At one point, I got quite faint/warm and she was really, really sweet about it; she opened the front door so some cool air blew in, she let me sit down in the dress

This place has a very hands off approach and gives you the control to go through the sample dresses which I liked. Most dresses are very reasonably affordable between 1200-2500. Overall positive experience. The sales girls are all very kind and sweet and helpful.

The seamstress didn't seem to be too knowledgeable. The biggest red flag for me was when she said "if you don't like it, I will do it again and again until it's right" I think she had good intentions but I don't like the idea of my dress getting my dress altered so many times. So I ended up taking it somewhere

Visited as a bridesmaid, and will not be returning here. Some pros, but overall the bride and bridesmaids were unimpressed with the overall lack of focus on the bride's experience.

Pros:
- Boutique feel: small (intimate)
- Saleswoman was kind, but did not seem knowledgeable about the dresses
- Interesting/curated selection of dresses

Cons:
- Lack of focus on the bride and her big day (e.g. no interest in anything besides the dress/sales). Felichia was the only store we visited with this experience.
- Sales-driven atmosphere - would not recommend if you're easily pressured or just casually

It was my first bridal shopping experience so I had nothing to compare to prior to this. Thus far I've only been to Felichia and Camellia and I think I prefer the former. The staff there (Daniel) was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me with getting all my dresses and finding ones that are in a similar style so that I have something to compare to. He made some suggestions for the two-piece mix and match which I thought was super fun to try on. I brought 5 other girls with me that day and they had no problem with my party. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

After reading the response that this company wrote to a bride that was unhappy I was so appalled that I caution any bride looking to go here.

Posting the bride's personal Facebook account and email is unconscionable, in fact if it was me I would have called my lawyer.

The response was the opposite of constructive and they instead tried to belittle and berate her because of a negative review?

Reading all of reviews on here and online made my decision easy not to go here very easy.

Happy to see another bride say what a HORRIBLE shop this is.

I am the same size as the bride who had issues, and I did not have ANY problems at ANY other bridal stores with consultants helping me clip the dress so I could get an idea of what it looks like.

At Felicias......a small man just stood behind me, pulling in the dress as much as he could, the shoved me in different directions to show my mom/bridal party. He then demanded to know what I thought it it right away...probably because he was getting tired of holding it in for me. We asked if we could clip it so we could get a better idea

I read the Yelp reviews before going to Felichia Bridal and like to Amanda F. I was not expecting to have a great service experience because of what I had read.

Contrary to the reviews, I had a great experience here and my consultant was patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She seemed to genuinely love her job and she was very professional and made good suggestions for other dresses to try on once she had a sense of my style. Everyone working there was equally warm and helpful and while I haven't bought my dress yet I will likely return here to purchase it. The dresses here

I had really, really low expectations going in since I read the reviews on yelp. I was very pleasantly surprised. We went in during a Watters trunk show at 4pm on Friday. It was pretty busy, but my MOH and i still had a little section of the room to ourselves.

Felichia is a great place to go if you're the sort of bride (or your friends are the sort) who likes to pick your own dresses. They hand you 5 clips or so (of a single color) and tell you to look through the ~100 dresses and clip your colored clip to the gowns you want to try. Only when you're done does the attendant come

Nope... I did not feel comfortable here. My main consultant was actually very nice, but the owner and another employee there were quite sour and not friendly. Overall I would not recommend this store due to the poor customer service. Stores I'd recommend: Dina Alonzi ($$$$), Jealous Bridesmaids ($), Sash and Bustle ($$), Lee-Ann Belter ($$$), White Toronto ($$$$)

Edited to add- the guy who I thought was the owner I guess is not. I see him there all the time, whenever I go (I've been once or twice before for other events) and he seemed to be in a leadership role. I have never met the

In a bridesmaid. I came here w the other girls and bride to find a dress.
You have to call and make an appt, when you arrive you take your shoes off which is good so the bottom of the dresses don't get dirty.
We were early for our appt at 330 on a Saturday. They only have two assistants helping out the brides, both of whom were busy. As the bride they ask you to fill out a survey when u get in about your preferences, and then give you a few coloured clips to go around the store and put a clip on the store. When it's your turn they pull the dresses w the clips on them for you. The person
